I had a baaaad night last night (see 12 wk challenge for gruesome details). Hoping to refocus today, but have a networking dinner I'm nervous to go to. Morning (5) apple - 1, cof,. - 1, biali - 3 Midday (7) I'm definitely in denial... I have a business luncheon with my boss and a candidate. Salmon - 6, soup - 1, rice - 1 Dinner (6) avail) Terrible food at event... so didn't eat much Chicken - 1, beans - 1, cheesecake - 3, cof - 1 Total - 18 points (banked 7 points) Walked 45 min - earned 3 activity points |
