Not so much
I'm seriously frustrated. I work out like a fiend and watch my points and am seeing no results on the scale. Maybe I shouldn't be so hung up on the scale, but I am. I'm down 2 lbs, I'm up 2 lbs, down 1 lb, up 5lbs, I don't know why this is so difficult. When I first lost most of my weight, I took off about 60lbs in 5 months, I watched my points and exercised and it worked. I'm doing the same now and it's like the scale is laughing at me. I feel like a whiner, but any suggestions?

try core bc you may need more food

I'm experiencing the same thing & am CONSIDERING doing the core plan for a week or two to see if it makes any difference. Our leader was saying last night, that weight loss does slow down after you've lost a certain amount (and i guess that 'certain amount' is different for everyone)... just keep on keeping on.

Hi Emma!
Just so you know, I've been exactly in this same position. I tried CORE and lost a little bit recently and feel better, but I worry that I will put back on what I lost this week. I plateau so easily. One thing that I have been kind of yelling at myself about lately is that I feel like I am fighting this sometimes. I truly WANT to eat the way I used to, even though I know I shouldn't. So, I am a good girl most of the time, but lapse back into my old bad habits from time to time and then I end up with small gains. I really get angry at myself for this. I'm human, though, just like the rest of us. |
Thanks ladies for your responses. I'm definitely thinking about switching to core. I just hope that it makes a difference.
