~July 2007 fitness challenge~
I hope it's okay that I've started this thread???? I'm sorry if it's not.......
Post up your personal fitness goal for the month of July, and update your daily progress here! For each day of the month, list which exercise you do... GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!!! I didn't make my goal for June - I made a good start but toward the end of the month lost all motivation! But July is a new month, and I have made the same goal, just so I can prove to myself I CAN reach 800 minutes of exercise in the month! I think I made a mistake last month by making it a goal not to walk, and to do other forms of exercise instead - because whether I like it or not, walking is the form of exercise I am the most easily motivated to do.. so this month I want 800 minutes of ANY form of exercise. Ideally I want 400+ minutes of exercise other than walking, but hey exercise is exercise! My July Goals
This month I'm going for 1000 minutes cardio. I came close last month, I'm going going to hit it.

This month, I'm going to stick with my goal of 500 minutes. I'm aiming for 30 minutes at least 3 days a week. I'm going to need the motivation to continue when it gets closer to the wedding...which is in 26 days!!!!
