Ok, gotta lay off the cookie dough - I am seeing the unpleasant effects of it on the scale.
B: Decaf coffee 0/0 The usual 8/8 L: Frozen teriyaki dinner 5/13 Carrots 0/13 WW 2 pt bar 2/15 D: Progresso chicken noodle soup 3/18 1 cup skim milk 2/20 Tuna sandwich on LF bread w/FF mayo 4/24 Snack: WW 2 pt bar 2/26 A few licks of the bar batter I was making 3/29 Water: 80 oz plus Exercise: Treadmill for 2.1 miles |

Butter cookie dough making for me tonight. The cat waits expectantly for her fair share of yolk. I see an egg white omelette in my future. breakfast: luna 4/4 coffee snack: yoghurt 2/6 lunch: turkey meat and veggies 4/10 pumpernickel bread and cheese 6/16 jr. mints (hhhmmm, frustrated at work?) 4/20 dinner: looks like veggies for me. 1 cup pasta chard sauteed w/balsamic vinegar cheese exercise: if i can squeeze it in, dog putter (40 mins) water: my goal vitamin: si,si |

morning (3) eng muf - 2, cof - 1 midday (5) poss. wonton soup - 5 evening (26) veggie soup - 1, (2) potato pancakes - 6, london broil - 6, bok choy - 1, skinny cow - 2, pudding - 2, chocolate - 6, cheese - 2 Total - 34 Maybe I'll try putting a couple of the potato pancakes in the oven and just baking them.?? |
Disappointed in my WI. Gained .6. Not much but a gain. I gotta be more serious about weighing and measuring I guess. Hopefully next week will be better.
