My weight loss has really slowed over the summer - is it possible that because I'm not eating enough that my body senses a deprivation mode and is conserving weight?
By not eating your minimum points you are only severing to slow down your weight loss which can stall or even make you gain. These are your bare minimum...now if those 5-10 are from exercise everyday then that is fine.
However even though activity/exercise points are optional many lose much more consistently when they eat those....
AND....their weekly points.
Additionally the more you eat while losing the more you tend to get on maintenance and the less chance you are feeling that you are dieting to maintain when you get there.
