Weight Watchers Freedom Plan
 

Does anyone have this book??? I found the two companion books. I have the selection breakdowns by weight that I had handwritten but no optional calories or whatever selections over Program. If I could ask for someone's help I could go back on what worked long ago. I lost the best of all WW's Programs. I don't do well with Core or Flex. really like the stategy that this Plan had and I know it worked quite well.
