Lumpia
 

Ok i had to rush and get something to eat with my mom and the closest thing was this lumpia shop the lumpia's are the size of your pinky just a little ground beef in there nothing else
does anyone know how to add these to my points I looked every where in my books and nothing ?? help please

They're very similar to egg rolls and spring rolls, but much smaller. If I remember correctly, the fried restaurant spring rolls average 3 points a piece, but I would think lumpia would be about half that. It would be a good guess anyway.

What are lumpia's?

Maybe if you break down the main ingredients you could calculate the points or if it is comparable to something else you can guestimate them?

You just answered my question - I've never heard of lumpias.

They're amazing. I went to a Christmas party were one of the guests brought homemade lumpias. He was from the Phillipines, and he broght them ready to fry and fried them on the stovetop, while we all watched. Oh, they were sooo amazing. The eggroll wrapper is much thinner and crispier than chinese eggrolls, almost phylo dough thin, with seasoned meat and a little veggie (green onion mostly). Mmmmm.

Lumpia is yummy! I have some homemade in my freezer that one of our Philippino nurses gave me. :)

I would count them as 1/2 of what a normal egg roll would be.
