It means

Private Message me - a feature this board offers. Great way to talk to someone if you are a bit leery of handing out your email address to everyone, or are restricted by work rules, etc.

It means private message. This board has a feature that allows members to private message each other so that certain information isn't accessible by other readers of the forum. Sorry about that....
