B: Decaf coffee 0/0 Baker's breakfast cookie 4/4 FF yogurt w/cereal mixed in 3/7 L: Diet coke 0/7 Salad at Olive Garden 1/8 Chicken bowtie/veggie pasta dish 8?/16 (supposed to be a low fat choice on the menu) NO BREADSTICKS :D 0/16 D: dunno - going out for supper w/DH for 7th wedding anniversary Glass wine 2/18 French onion soup 5/23 Stir fry w/rice ?12/35 Ice cream sundae 7/42 oink oink Water: 80 oz so far Exercise: Treadmill for 3 miles |

ah, after a lollygagging morning watching my fellow hotel mates on breakfast tv showing their macho stuff. lala heads to the vogue cafe (next to vogue publications) to pretend to be a supermodel. breakfast: machiatto (w./sugar, not the stuff that kate moss uses) lunch: crevette sandwich w/miracle mayo at pret 6/6 some crisps 2/8 lunch2: ploughman's sand (1/2 eaten no mayo) 5/13 coffee ginger cake (not all eaten, bite of frosting) 4/17 dinner: yo sushi! everything 1 pound right before closing couple of rolls, some fish 8/25 water, water,water 1/2 bag of crisps (shapers, low fat) 3/28 bites of dessert 3/31 latte 2/33 satsumas and apple 2/35 exercise: 3 mile walk outside, 1 mile inside |
