Gosh you guys, it s almost dec. 3 where I am and no one has
logged in... breakfast: none really, okay, granola 2/2 snack: some crisps 3/5 somosa 5/10 cockles 1/11 bite of cookie 1/12 dinner: tach cheen - yoghurt, egg and rice with a bit of chicken, sort of like a rice cake, an iranian dish that my aunt made me.. 8/20 salad yoghurt 1/21 bite of lemon cake 3/24 macchiato 1/25 exercise: walking around london, doing lots of tromping water; not enough vitamin: si,si so, the wwf or some such is staying at my hotel, lots of mullet heads and big shoulders. sigh. tomorrow: more fun, fun, fun |
