oy, I didn't indulge, but still feel like a pig
breakfast: toast, feta cheese 3/3 tea cucumber slices snack: cardamon and cumin cookies 5/8 lunch: luna bar 4/12 americano marinated veg dinner: no idea, don't want to make mom cook, want pizza exercise: none for now, power shopping water: yup |
Trying to make up for the overage yesterday. Have to do reverse banking because my WW week starts Thursdays. And here we are at the weekend. Wish me luck. Today I did well. If I don't eat later tonight 3 pts. banked.
