Journal, Thanksgiving 2001
Hi all-
Breakfast: tea feta cheese 1/1 bread 2/3 snack: just 2 pts 2/5 lunch: chicken 2/8 rice w/lima beans 3/11 dinner: turkey 2 stuffing 5 cranberry sauce 1 sweet potato 2 brussel sprouts, broccoli gravy ? one T 1 no dessert, made them, did not sleigh me water, no wine exercise; none yet, maybe after dinner water; not really coffee- not enough |
Definitely over, but not as bad as past Thanksgivings. It helped going into it knowing what I planned to eat.
Morning rice cake with soy butter 1.5 Midday pumpkin pancakes 2 vegetarian sausages 2 strawberry fruit spread with ff cool whip 1 Thanksgiving dinner Veet vegetarian breast 2 stuffing 2.75 garlic mashed potatoes 2 acorn squash 2 steamed veggies 0 pumpkin pie 9 low fat egg nog 5 Total: 29.25 Exercise: weight training spin class |
I'm not even going to bother to try to figure the points...:(
b: cheerios/milk/1/2 apple fig and then I got to mom's house... 1/2 croissant chopped liver on slice of rye brd almond brittle/pecan pralines 1/2 apple dinner: wine shrimp cocktail celery & carrot stix turkey gravy candied sweets stuffing cran sauce creamed onions biscuit/butter asparagus sliver of pecan & apple pies coffee/cream exercise: a walk |
