WOOHOO!!! 1 week down!!!!
 

I can't believe it! this is a diet record for me! I made it one week with out cheating!!!!!!!! I am so exicted, I feel like I diffrent person ever since I started, I just love love love this! I feel like I am not just on a diet but that I am changing my relationship with food and learning to deal with my emotions in much more positive ways rather than eating it all away! My first weigh in at the doc's office is next friday and I am not going to weigh until then, I feel much thinner tho, and people are telling me that they can tell a diff. Just wanted to say I did it, and thanks to all who have given me support, on and off of this forum!!!!!!!!!!!1 :carrot:

Hey I'm right there with you. I had my first WI yesterday and had a loss and I almost had tears. The program is pretty easy to follow and it is very empowering to know that I am finally making the right choices when it comes to eating. It also looks like we're in the same weight boat and have about the same amount we want to lose, good luck along the journey!!!

Hey TonyB! Way to go!!!! I know how tough this is and I applaud your success this week. Please keep your great feeling of achievement over staying on plan in mind (as opposed to the numbers on the scale!) in your back pocket -- it is a great resource to have!!!
