I lost six lbs and 4oz my first week i know next week will be a smallerloss but, boy does that feelgood:)

Isn't that first week great! I didn't have as big a loss as you, and it still felt wonderful! I just started week 3, and last week I was only down 1.5...kind of a bummer, but I had to remind myself it wasn't a gain!
