Morning vigoraid soy drink 4 Midday boca italian sausage 2 roll 3 stuffed grape leaves 1.5 rice cake with soy butter and fruit spread 2 pieces of protein bar 1 Evening gimme lean loaf with stewed tomatoes 2 garlic mashed potatoes 3 salad 1 split pea soup 3 Total: 22.5 Exercise: weight training kickboxing/boot camp class |
okay, from memory- oh what a day, beautiful at stormking and then a disappointing b&b stay.
breakfast: donut hole 1/1 bagel at dunkin donuts 5/6 turkey slice 1/7 cream cheese 3/10 lunch: mozz stick 1/11 salami 3/14 carrots 1 small choc chip cookie 1/15 dinner: salad 1/16 coriander crusted halibut w/ginger scented rice noodles 5/21 butterscotch pudding shared w/dp - a couple of bites 4/25 chocolate chip cookie at b&b 2/27 stress eating as b&b got louder and I realized that I could have stayed in a notell motel and saved about 125 dollars and gotten more sleep than in this elegantly appointed b&b full of gormless guests. small bag of doritos 3/30 dried fruit 3/33 water: si,si exercise; 45 min treadmill walk at first hotel, 3 hour tromp through stormking vitamin: nope |
