I can't believe I was actually in control of my eating today. I've been hassling with work about a check they owe me --a big one --that has disappeared from their computer. A year ago that would have started me to binge big time.
I've been trying to add more protein at the suggestion of my fav aerobics instructor. Morning 3 egg whites 1 breakfast links 1.25 breakfast strips 1.25 rice cake with fruit spread 1 Midday stuffed grape leaves 2 pierogies 3 sour cream 1 string cheese 2 1/4 protein bar 1 soy shake 3 Evening boca sausage 2 roll 3 vegetarian baked beans 2 Total: 23.5 weight training kickboxing/step/toning class yoga |
