I have WI tomorrow, but I think that I have gained this week. We had a family reunion with some very good food. So we'll see.
BecomingFit, I also do flex. It works well for me. My parents do core, and so far it's worked well for them, especially my dad. For me personally, I like to have a Coke or Dr. Pepper everyday, and that works better on flex than core. At least for me. I know people that have lost over 100 lbs on both plans. So I think that it's totally up to the dieter. |
I attended a meeting this morning and weighed in instead of my usual Saturday morning meeting time as DD and I are doing the race for the cure tomorrow. That in and of itself is so surprising as for the last 3 years I've come up with excuses why I couldn't participate....this year I'm looking forward to it! Go figure!!
Today's weigh in was excellent, down 2.8 pounds! YIPPEE!! I made it to the 150's.....WOW! |

Today at WI I lost 1.4 lbs. Which is great for me!! So I'm excited! I don't think I'm going to reach my goal for the 21st, but at least I came closer than I thought that I might a few weeks ago. So it's all good!! :yay: :yay: :yay: |
