Ive Done Ww A Few Times A Few Yrs Ago And Just Couldn't Handle The Freedom I Guess With Flex Points. Anyway I Joined Something Called Quick Weight Loss Center And Have Done Really Great On It But The Only Thing Is , Is That It Is So Restricting And I Am Finding It Hard To Eat Like That Now That I've Lost Alot Of Weight And I Was Thinking Of Kinda Following Ww Again, But I Dont Know If It Is The Right Thing To Do, And Im Scared Of Eating All The Wrong Foods Like I Did Before On Plan. I Am Just Confused And Would Appreciate Any Input. Thanks
Why not try the WW Core Plan? More freedom, but still stricter (way stricter IMO) than Flex.
core is a good suggestion. also heres something to think about: points isnt as much freedom as before----ww made program changes in dec. and now requires that points followers follow the same 8 hg's as core ppl so its no longer a all points being equal thing so that ppl dont eat chips and candy all day long.
Actually Andrea, flex has always had the requirement of following 8 healthy guidelines
Even the beginning of points had a guideline of how many proteins, milk, fats, etc per day you should eat.
First off, congrats on your weight loss! You look great!! In my opinion, if you don't like what you're doing now, switch and try doing flex again. If you don't like it or you start gaining, then switch back. You have to expirement and try to find something that works for you for the rest of your life. I know that for me in the past when I would try to be real restrictive that's when I would totally blow it and end up going off my diet and gaining. Flex has worked for me so far, in that I don't have to restrict anything. I just have to plan if I want to splurge. Anyways congrats again on your awesome loss!!
