B: Decaf coffee 0/0 Baker's breakfast cookie 4/4 FF yogurt w/cereal mixed in 3/7 L: Change of plans - went out for lunch w/DH at Mexican restaurant Diet Coke 0/7 Chicken caesar salad w/very little dressing 3/10 Chips chips chips lotsa chips w/salsa 8/18 D: Boca spicy chick'n patty on 1 pt bun w/lettuce & tomato 4/22 FF cottage cheese 1/23 Steamed veggies 0/23 Snack: Lemon sherbet 3/26 A couple of small tootsie rolls-gotta get this Halloween candy outta my house 2/28 Water: 100 oz Exercise: Treadmill for 3.15 miles |

okay, in ohare at airport club. traded drink chits for water for flight.
so far today: coffee nestle's crunch bar 1/1 lunch: warm nuts 3/4 salad 2/6 chicken sandwich w/sundried tomatoes 5/11 roll 1/12 fruit for dessert (passed up ice cream) 1/12 water, water, water ord-fra? more warm nuts 2`/14 salad some sort of appetiyer (german keyboard) 3/17 seafood risotto (v.good) 7/24 raspberry sorbet ad choc cake (little) 4 /28 roll 1/29 water, water, water oj 1/30 exercise: 45 mins elliptical at gym water:si,si vitamin: si,si hopefully, catch up with you guys |

hey everybody is doing the elliptical trainer, I see. And we're getting one in our work gym soon. I'm so excited!

I love the elliptical, its a quick workout and if you go backwards its good for your butt. I wouldn´t use the calorie counter as the gospel truth, but I seem to work up quite the sweat. lalala |
