Decaf coffee 0/0 Baker's breakfast cookie 4/4 FF yogurt w/cereal mixed in 3/7 L: Leftover chicken breast 2/9 Leftover couscous 2/11 Carrots 0/11 FF cottage cheese 1/12 D: More leftover chicken 2/14 Rest of couscous 2/16 1 cup skim milk 2/18 Steamed veggies 0/18 Baked bean 2/20 Snack: WW 2 pt bar 2/21 Sampled a couple Halloween treats 2/23 Hot chocolate 4/27 Water: 72 oz so far Exercise: doubtful with all the visits from the trick or treaters :) |
we're not sure we'll get trick or treaters - parents afraid of anthrax etc??? meanwhile 4 big bags of candy await...Yup, very few showed up.

You're doing great, Myra. and that's because you "munch" on spaghetti squash!!! What a goddess!!!!!:lol: (some of us munch on cookies, candy, ice cream....)
