Tropicana Smoothie question
A non-ww friend of mine found these and said they are wonderful! I wondered what you guys thought, of the claim that the smoothie is 2 1/2 your daily fruit requirements.

I wouldn't trust 'em to be a 2 and 1/2 portion of your daily fruit requirements, especially while doing weight watchers because at most they have 2g of fibre for a 220calorie serving. you're much better off to have a piece of fruit. also, they wouldn't fill you up as much...they'd be better than reaching for a pop though, i suppose. :shrug: :)
