42 days!!!
 

Today is day 42 of my diet. I keep up with it that way in my journal on my message board...lol. But I looked at that number and I was like WOW!! I can't beleive I've stuck with it for that long, and it's been a BREEZE!! :D Honestly, it doesn't really feel like I'm "dieting" anymore, but more like I'm just watching stuff.. and making better choices!! I've also only had like maybe 2 days at the most of going over my points, or relying on the flex!!! Pretty good if I must say so myself!!! :smug:

42 days?! WoW!! that it awesome! I'm about halfway and i was so happy when i realized that i really stopped worrying about my points and felt that i could eat whatever i want...as long as it was in moderation. Congratulations and keep up the good work!!
