On Saturday I am starting WW, doing the POINTS plan. I have a lot of weight to lose (110lb/50kg), I have PCOS and am 3 months Post Partum, so it is time to start getting things back on track!
I am really excited about starting WW... it doesn't seem to be daunting me at all. I think i'm going to REALLY benefit from learning how to have a healthy lifestyle, because that is really my major problem!
