I posted this in another forum....I'm sure most of you guys know about this site. But it has helped me so much I thought I'd throw it out there in case you haven't heard!! It lists every place to eat you can think of and what the point values are for the food! :carrot:

Dotti's Weight Loss Zone.... My link won't work but if you type that in Google it's the first thing to pop up :cool:

There is also a link from this site that is just as accurate or even more so.

BTW be careful with Dotti's points as sometimes they are not as accuarte as you think.

You should always go the restaurant's site first as it will be the most accurate...

the turn to sites like CalorieKing or DietFacts

then to individually maintained sites like here, Dotti's and BBC as well as many others.

It's hard to maintain the points/nutritional values by an individual as restuarants change their foods frequently.
