breakfast: luna 4/4 coffee 1/5 snack: donut hole 1/6 lunch: rice a roni 4/10 carrot soup mozz stick 2/12 snack that will kill you: bugles, the whole stinking bag :( 5/17 skinny cow 2/19 cabbage 1/20 chanterelles bacon 3/23 exercise: dog putter (short), 40 min elliptical, 10 min legs water: yup, today is at goal day for me, getting in the aqua vitamin: si,si |

b: usual 6 1 everything matzoh 2 coffee L: boca burger sand 2 veg soup 1 broccoli apple 1 croutons 1 d: sauteed chicken w/peppers & onions 7 cappelini 3 salad w/lt dsg .5 snack: 2 little butter cookies 1.5 hc icecream 5 total: 30 exercise: jog mostly and a little walking 2.5 miles -2 |
