I'm back from my jaunt to see the family in the Twin Cities!
B: Coffee 0/0 LF muffin 2/2 FF yogurt w/cereal 3/5 L: Ham sandwich 2/7 Carrots 0/7 D: 1 cup skim milk 2/9 Steamed veggies 0/9 LF garlic bread 1/10 Bowtie pasta w/sauce 6/16 Snack: FF lemon sherbet 3/19 Water: 72 oz so far Exercise: Treadmill for 2.1 miles~31 minutes~300 calories Point Range: 18-25 |

breakfast: luna 4/4 coffee 1/5 lunch: leftover chicken breast/spinach 5/10 (probably over estimating on that one) carrot apple 1/11 mozz cheese stick 1/12 snack: hopefully, board meeting tonight dinner: pork loin w/apples and chanterelles (getting tired of these things) 6/18 braised greens roasted potatoes 2/20 exercise: dog putter, when it stops raining :( gym, 40 min bike, 15 miles this am dog putter evening may walk to meeting water: today, yup vitamin: yup |
Thanks lala - I love going home - still miss it terribly even though I've been in Wisconsin for 8 years - would move back in a heartbeat if DH was willing - he's a native Wisconsin cheesehead. Luckily, it's only a 4 hour drive, so it's quite doable to do in a weekend. Went downtown shopping with my sister & saw tons of the Peanuts characters downtown - SO cute!

Weighed in. It wasn't great, but I didn't expect it to be. It was a stressful week and I ate on the high end several days in the past few weeks. I gotta stop that. Still, I lost .2. A loss is a loss, right?
