Wooohooo!!!
I think I've found my motivation-at least for right now!!! Maybe weighing in every 3 days.. will work for me. I got on the scale this morning after doing the daily morning stuff, got naked and it says I'm down.......................
2 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can not tell you gals how GREAT that felt to see it on the scale. I know it's not much, but man, it's feeling WONDERFUL!!!!! Not sure if my scale fluciates or not.. but it's def. a boost of confidence for me!!! :D |
Congrats! It's a great feeling! 2 pounds IS a lot! A couple of months ago I saw a post that mentioned a visual for just how much 2 pounds is... that's the equivalent to eight sticks of butter! You're doing great!

Thats great 2lbs is 2lbs. I also got on the scale today and was down.....yippy...makes you wanna keep on going. But thats a good idea weight in every three days, thats what I am going to start doing. Once a wk isn't enough and everyday drives me nuts. Congrats on you loss. Hugs Christine

I too am down 2 lbs since I was weighed on Wednesday. I know it still may be water weight since I just started the plan, but I'll take it. I haven't put it on my number line yet, but I now weight 184. Yey! |
