Can we do a daily track thread ??

  • Not sure if someone in particular is suppose to do these or if they can be started by anyone.. or approved. lol But can we do a daily track thread of our points/meals/food, etc. ??

    if it's okay.. here's what I've had so far today:

    ~Water Intake~
    32 oz. water
    32 oz. water


    ~Breakfast~
    2 eggs = 4 points
    2 slices of toast = 1 point

    TOTAL = 5 points
