Hi Laurel. Its Columbus day and our facility is closed, unless you are not a fed. :(

So, here I am trying to make beautiful data all by myself :), allowing me time to surf the web while
my computer groans and moans...:) :)

Breakfast:

lunch:
mozz stick 1/6
carrot
hc something or other 4/10
water
snack:
just two points! 2/12
dinner:
chanterelle and matsutake risotto (too many of these puppies) 8/20
creamed spinach or greens
artichoke (so small and tender you can eat the whole thing, bellissima)

vitamin: si,si
exercise: si,si, though after work, instead of before
dog putter: perhaps, if the dog finds the dampness to his liking, which at this point,he is finding defective.

goal for the week: lay off the jr. mints!!!!!!!

Exercise - track work out - 1 1/2 hr. - 5 activity pts earned
Water - 32+oz
