Morning (8) 1/3 criossant - 2, 2 hard boiled eggs - 4, cof - 1, 1 nectarine - 1 Midday (3) Smart Ones - chicken, potato, added yellow squash - 3 Evening (15) martini - 2, chicken lettuce wraps - 2, beef szechuan - 2, duck w/ hoisen sauce - 7, rice - 2 Total = 26 - 1 banked point = 25 Need to drink water. exercise - just stretching - need to recover from Sat and doing track on Monday |
So, its a kind of grey, but not so grey that you can't justify doing yard work....
breakfast: Luna bar 4/4 coffee 1/5 peppermint tea lunch: carrot cabbage w/ chanterelles and turkey/regular bacon 3/8 peanut butter and honey sammich 5/13 dinner: artichokes pasta and sundried tomatoes/goat cheese and tapenade? 5/18 skinny cow 2/20 exercise: moving and spreading manure (not done yet) perhaps making an effort to mow the lawn dog walk- one done gym: took the day off, tired from lawn mowing. water: better start now, eh? vitamin: si,si |
