An observation...
 

Hmm... it seems as though the board has been a lot less active lately! I don't know if it's because people are too busy with the holidays to get online and post something; or if it's because they've taken a break from dieting for the holidays; or -- like me -- it's both!

The day after Christmas I am getting back to business with my diet... it's just been too difficult since Thanksgiving and apparently I'm weak when it comes to holiday foods! Oh well... no biggie... sometimes you just have to relax and enjoy yourself!

I'm gonna ditto Suzanne's sentiments after January 1 it will be extremely busy for 3-4 weeks then die down to a normal rumble and fall off toward the end of the year

Yep what they all said. I was so busy as of the 22nd through today. What a whirlwind. Now today, I've got the flu bug so I'm not following program, I'm just sipping Vernor's ginger ale

I've been in the same boat. I haven't posted much over the past few weeks, mostly b/c I am not OP and feel like an a**. I have come to conclusion that I allowed myself to really enjoy the holidays and I will get right back OP on January 2nd. No reason to beat myself up over this, I had a wonderful Christmas!

Same here Chanty - I let myself relax and enjoy this holiday and I had a great time. Best part? I'm not beating myself up over it! I know I can restart the diet in the new year!

I'm sure some have just been way too busy. I have stayed OP, but have gone days without somuch as turning the computer on. Hopefully it'll pick up soon, cuz I love the support :)

Yep - everyone gets busy at this time and then we are usually flooded with posts in the New Year!
