Pookie!!! It's SO good to hear from you ... you've been on all our minds lately. Wow sweetie, you sure have been though a lot, but hopefully the worst is over and all you need to do now is rest and recover. Were the doctors able to do everything that they needed to? Is that hernia fixed for good?

And -- do we really need to say this, young lady? -- stay off the scales, you silly goose!!!

Pookie! I've been thinking about you. Wow, you really had us all worried. Jiffy's been giving us updates, but it's great to actually see you post.

You know it's water....stay off the scale!

Pookster I've missed your posts but don't come back and stress yourself to answer everyone individually till you are 10000% better! Take care and take it easy!

Glad you're out of the hospital pookie!

I'm sure it'll all come right again just give it a bit of time and get plenty of rest. Oh a good excuse for not doing anything!

Hi Pookie,

I'm so glad you are more or less back on-line!

Stay on the coach, take plenty of rest & DON't worry about the scales!!! Your first priority must be to heal your incision, get rid of the pain and when you feel much better, then you can go worry about your weight again.

You are a whole person, with or without your weight so go heal !
