I am not interested in the diet part of the program just wanted to try the weight training part of the program. Here is my problem: The heaviest I can life for say bicep curls is 12 lbs. so this should be the weight I would use for the 6 reps correct? Now, what weight would I start out at for the 12 reps? Sorry, I just can't seem to grasp this pyramid training
