Gosh, when I think of the snow/ice storm that grounded me in the house during week 1 in late January, it's really amazing how time has flown.
For me, week 10 needs to be a do-over of week 9. Second verse, NOT the same as the first! Last week was dismal, performance wise. I not only need to repeat the week but need to add an extra to make up for the damage. Good lesson to learn about how much good can be undone if you don't stick to the goals of the plan. Whether you learn it in week 13 or week 9 it really doesn't matter. It's a good lesson to learn.
