Smaller Size Thanks To Workout Routine
So, I am truly amazed that all my hardwork this last year has taken me from a 22/24 top and 26 bottom to a 14/16 top and 18/20 bottom...and I still have so far to go on my weight as I'm 282.
Makes me wonder what size I'll be at 150lbs. It's all due to my workout. Amazing to me. |

I carry my fat in an unusual way - higher % of it is on upper arms and upper legs - and that tends to give the illusion of being smaller that I am. Or so I'm told? I don't know how tall you are, but we sound very similar in stats right now - you are smaller on top. I know last time (10 years ago) lost a large amt of weight, I started at 284 and a size 20W on bottom/22-2x on top and at 172 (the lowest I made it) I was wearing size 8-10 with a 28 inch waist. And technically I was still obese. Maybe just overweight. Whatever. Weight training is AMAZING! |
