Im better Leenie thanks for asking, each day gets easier and easier... I have another week on this liquid diet though and honestly some moments during my day I do get tempted but I stay strong and Im proud of myself. I have started working out and that keeps my mind off food and more on getting in shape. Thanks everyone for the support again I really do appreciate it!!

Oh my your allowed to work out? Most folks are not allowed to exercise until 8weeks postop. Be careful not to hurt yourself.

Leenie - thank you SO much for posting that lap-band link. Through it I found a video of the actual surgery and was able to watch it with my husband (who's been a bit nervous about me doing this).. it laid to rest a lot of fears. Thank you again!
