a friend sent me a little fun survey to fill out - and one of the questions was 'what's your favorite brand of clothing?' and another one was 'what's your favorite item of clothing?'

my friend - always the fashion plate - answered 'my fur coat' for the first, and 'donna karan' for the second..

my answers: 'there are brands of clothes???' and 'my jeans that i put on and take off without undoing them.'

hmmm. do i have issues or what??? this whole body image and consciousness issue will be a life-long challenge, i think.

but i know that there are other head games we play with ourselves, both as we lose the weight, and after we settle in..

what are yours??

My favorite brand at this point would have to be l.e.i. jeans, because they are the only ones who make clothes for short, round people, lol.
My favorite article- my new l.e.i. jeans that I had to get because my butt was disappearing in all my old clothes and allllllll my pants were falling down.

Shoes?!?!? Oh my gosh. I hate shopping for shoes. My arches both fell from running 3 miles a day while I was overweight, and I have since noticed that my feet are slightly curved, as in my heels don't line up with the midline of my toes. I can't wear flip-flops because it's so obvious.
