Need help with insurance

So Aetna will not cover ANY weight loss surgery after January 1, 2005. My compnay renews in April 2005 so I have until them to get this done. Unfortunatley my six months with my General Practioner will not be up by that time. If I don't get this done by April 1st I cannot have it done. Does anyone know of lawyers or have had to fight their insurance company

Not sure if anyone here can help you but go to Obesityhelp.com and post on the main message board. I think I've seen postings about this same issue. People might have some info for you. Good luck.
