Chickee, I'd have to have more info before I'd comment on the print ad thing. About 40 or 50 (!!!) years ago I had an aunt that went to a weight loss center that was popular at the time, the kind where you laid on different tables and they rotated you around and the belts and stuff. Anyway she did really well with it, and they put her in their ad, and there were lots of talk, both positive and negative, so be prepared.

Does the owner of the gym know you've had WLS?

I had lunch with my friend Pam yesterday. (first time since her surgery) She's doing great, and looks great too. She has lost about 45 pounds. She hasn't gotten into the exercise yet, although she knows she has to.

Hope everyone is doing great around here, I'll try not to stay away this long again.

That's awesome! What a boost for you esteem! I think you should do it! Be proud of you accomplishment. I would definately ask for a lifetime membership in trade though.
