and i see that, once again, i failed to post my exercise for yesterday.. shame shame..

an hour hike in the am. a 2-mile walk in the pm. then 2 1/2 hours of stretching, weights, stretching.

and today, an hour of walking around nyc with peachie and the youngest nephew, and then a half hour with la dog...

can i go to sleep now???

and karen.. how was the gym/??? tell ALL

barb.. an hour of water pilates sounds like A LOT to me!!!!

chris.. you're inspiring me to blow up my lovely big ball.. tomorrow, maybe.

Only exercise today was following grandson Nathan around on the Egg Hunt!
