How NOT to get a HAIRBALL?????

I have added more fruit to my eating and am having some moments of shear panic in rememberance of your little....um........shall we say.............episode?!

it's really very simple. PEEL IT!!!!! especially if the skin is sticky. like peaches, apricots, and nectarines. apples too.

although the skin on apples is more crunchy than sticky

if it has tiny seeds, like kiwi or strawberries, eat them SLOWLY. and DO NOT DRINK ANYTHING with them.

see???? it's really simple. maybe it's time to bring up the annual peaches and nectarines warning???

I think it is a good idea to bring up the warning about peaches (always tricky ;) ) and nectarines. I am eating mostly peeled apples and melon. I feel better now, thank you, Jiff!

yes dear, i think the seeds do expand or somerthing. all i know is that when i've made the mistake of eating a kiwi and drinking something, it wasn't pretty!!!!

maybe hindsight is 20/20, but admit it: When it happened, YOU WERE WORRIED ABOUT ME. weren't you. admit it. you love me. i know you do.

of course I was worried about you....I am not the completely heartless slug I appear to be!!!!! :p

and BOB....Where have you been? you crack me up! I know you and your boot camp are just a minute away and it helps keep me on the straight and narrow. narrow? I should say the less wide!!! :lol3:
