ummm. this is a question for the doc, you insomniac!!!! <don't you EVER sleep????>

after the lap, i wasn't supposed to drive for pretty close to a week, but that wasn't practical and i was driving - very very short distances - in about 4 days.

i have no idea what people who have open need to do!!!! but you'll find out. i KNOW you will!!!!!

I had surgery last Thursday and drove my truck which is stick shift, manual transmission on Tuesday, so for me 5 days. The first day I drove about 25 miles 1 way and then the next day it was 58 miles round trip. Maybe I'm the abnormal I had lap and also am not suppose to be driving, hasn't been cleared yet by the doc, but feel great and not on any pain meds.

Hey Pookie...I did what my doctor said...it was either ten days or two weeks...I can't remember which! :o
