Are we talking booties today?

There really should be a booty smilie, don't you think?
I worked on mine today, let me tell you.

It was Leg Day at the gym for me, so I started with barbell squats. Then took 15# dumbbells up to our indoor track and did lunges for a few laps and then some more without (hands on hips). Then hack squats. Then leg extensions and curls. Then
tried to walk down the steps and drive home.
I'm planning on a half hour on the bike later. It helps to stretch out the muscles and keep them from being so sore the next day.
Got to tell you ladies that I am AMAZED at how leg exercises like lunges and squats have reshaped my booty. These formerly 57" hips would not be sliding in size 4s without them, I can assure you.
Who else shook their booty today?
