dumping while at work?????
 

I have been fairly careful about what I am eating, so far when I eat too much or too fast or too big of bites, it comes right back up and I am over with it. I haven't dumped that I know of, and I think I would know. My question is what happens if you dump at work? I can't just go lay down somewhere and take a nap? has anyone out there dumped at work and how did you handle it.

Buffy, I don't work so I don't know what to tell you other than that continue to be very very careful about what you eat at work. I have dumped and it is not fun. I can not imagine functioning at work while dumping. I have had to lay down and sleep it off.

i agree with peachie [how often does THAT happen?????] don't experiment or do anything risky while at work. some days it's a challenge to keep down the stuff that usually does work!!! that's why i always have a couple of protein shake powders there. if all else fails, i can still drink some protein!
