oh BOB! I could just kiss you!!!

I'm sitting here with fifteen minutes to go before I can drink something and would give my right arm for something to sip!!!! I had some soup and loaded it up with pecorino romano cheese for more protein but the darn thing makes me sooooo thirsty. By the time I finish typing this, hopefully I can drink something!!!

Today my little pouch is irritated. Last night I tried to eat some steak that would not go down and today I am feeling the effects. I am finally hitting my protein numbers (70) thanks to Meg's protein bars. I add some unsweetened cocoa, a tad of vanilla, pinch of salt, some sweet and low (got to get some splenda!) nuts and a few raisons. I cut the 8x8 pan into 30 pieces and pretend they are fudge...works for me and I get the protein in.

Still struggling to get the water in but I think I have stumbled onto a system of food denial till I drink my water.

"water", she says, checking the time and licking her parched lips. Four more minutes so I will write about...the freakin weather!

Did you know that we are suppose to get up to a foot of snow tonight? Who the heck needs that? I am seriously considering cranking up the heat, putting on shorts and shades and drinking (three more minutes) some fun thing with an umbrella and a monkey and listening to the Beach Boys and shimmying (as opposed to shivering) around the house.
