Gas??
 

Oh my goodness I feel like I'm burping constantly!!! I'm trying hard to drink my water but I think I might have gotten 30 ounces in me plus my protein shakes which were 6 ozs through out the day.

Do you constantly just sip your water? how long in between sips?

i was told sips every few minutes. about 6-8 oz per hour. and gas is real common, especially with milk based protein drinks [the lactose intolerance]. it gets better.

If the gas gets too bad Gasx works great!
