sorry we've gotten a little tangled here...

i moved your great post about the carnation instant breakfast out of the profiles thread and into the protein drink discussion so that people will see it.

unfortunately, your name came off the post as well, and is now posted under my name!!! as soon as i figure out how to correct that, we'll all be back in business.

and i took your SOS post [and my response] out of the profiles as well... just to keep the thread on point.

sounds like you're in great shape after your surgery.
