Pre-Op headspace
 

I have 45 days left before surgery. I am working on my pre-op diet, and am struggling through the PNW heat vs my own eating disorder. I'm back on track today. I was support to start on it about a week ago. Hoping that the next couple weeks will be enough.

I started WW to give structure to my check-in's etc, I'm barely using it so I may cancel. I'm have gastric bypass in Mexico.
I'm going to start working on the Beck's Diet Solution workbook today, and get my head into gear.

I am excited for my health to continue to improve.
I am excited for freedom of movement and experiences for my body.
I am grateful for the opportunity to get this tool installed into my body.

Pre-Op Gastric Bypass (August 15th)

People treat fat people like scum of the earth, but then in their second breath say that weightloss surgery is 192.168.100.1 192.168.1.1 cheating, it really annoys me.
