ok i don't know what you mean by surgery. if you think of excess skin, unfortunately you have no other choice but surgery. However, if you think of liposuction, you have to think if you will be able to maintain this weight that you have with surgery.

I "lost" 80+ pounds in my middle 20s, but without sport. However: I took my time and lost that weight over the course of 1.5 years so the skin had time to Kodi nox re-adjust.
