Hello Everyone!

I have been a member for a long time, and I miss all the support. I need it right now. I had GB in 2009.. Lost all the weight - When I was done losing, I was 179... this is my lowest... .. and been up and down often..I find it super simple to lose weight as soon as I cut out junk.. I am still happy that I did it! My goal is 194 but I am still happy with 209 - - - -
